Abdul Rahman Dahlan has dismissed the explosive statutory declaration (SD) by the brother of murdered senior deputy public prosecutor Kevin Anthony Morais as “another wayang (charade)”.

“Another wayang with bad script and equally bad actor,” tweeted the BN strategic communications director.

He also noted how the allegation, by Charles Suresh Morais, surfaced just before the Umno annual general assembly, which is slated to commence on Dec 8.

“Charles’ incredible allegation of murder surfaced long after the incident but just before Umno’s AGM. Nice timing,” he said.

Abdul Rahman, who is also urban well-being, housing and local government minister, dismissed the allegations regarding a purported charge sheet against Prime Minister Najib Abdu Razak.

“MACC (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission) said the charge sheet was unfounded.

“Everyone except Charles knows the SRC (International) investigation is still ongoing. How can there be charge sheet?” he asked.

UMNO’s new media boss has the sensitivity and brains of a rhinoceros and charges accordingly.

Did he stop one moment to think when he accused the grieving Charles Morais of being a “bad actor” and of “timing” his declaration over his brothers horrific death to some up-coming UMNO conference?

This political event is only of interest to self-centred UMNO careerists like himself, who clearly sees the entire universe only in relation to his own progress.

Charles was in fact responding in immediate outrage to his discovery that the Attorney General’s office had connived in the illegal removal of his brother’s body from a hospital morgue and its cremation behind his family’s back.

Anyone but thick-skinned and thick-headed Dahlan can understand these feelings and Charles’s motive therefore to speak out about his deep suspicions over his brother’s death.

Yet this minister has exacerbated matters even further than this, by going on to dismiss what he calls Charles’s “incredible allegation of murder”!

Now that Kevin has been forcibly cremated (without a second postmortem) is UMNO trying to erase the fact that Kevin was indeed kidnapped, murdered and discovered encased in a barrel of cement?

Is this to suddenly be re-designated as an accidental death by UMNO?
